Everything is good, quality ,feel and fit. Only problem , i felt hands area is little tight.
I did purchase one Sand Beige color Polo and to my surprise product I received and product which is given on their website, both differs like North and South. Upon enquiring team said it may be to lighting issue. How can lighting will affect color from Sand Beige to something more like normal beige or darker brown?
So I believe this needs to addressed to ensure people get what they see on website.
Then Return/Exchange is again such a pain, person took product and yet there is no email about what's the status?
Second when I login to website, I don't see my previous order history or anything related to my order or status of my return.
Next I was checking they are first of charging nearly ~2k for product and if there is any exchange or return then it has to be borne by customer? Why on earth customer first will pay 100/150 rs during order extra charges and then during return/exchange also you are charging.
Why all products are costlier compared to some of the top brands?
I’ve mailed regarding return due to fitting issue, as the website says easy returns but I’m unable to return. Help in this would be appreciated
As said in the advertisement really cloth and Comfort of the polos are good.
