I ordered 2 Tshirts from Senses vide order no. 25944 and the sizes that they mentioned on the website are huge mismatch as compared to other brands.
Thus I requested for Exchange to size larger than what I ordered. For which I got the confirmation and later got an email stating that return was attempted but couldn't processed. Then I got a call from senses for reattempt, for which I replied yes. But there was no attempt from Senses for Exchange since last 8 days and I am waiting for updates from Senses about it. They don't have any Customer care number or any other media then email, on which no reply from them.
Customer service is much below average and highly unprofessional.
