Your return mechanism is really time consuming. It should not be such. On watsapp it went on for like 2 days before I could finally place a return request. The people on the other end make you feel like you are a thief or so trying to return the garment. I told them size does not fit and they should agree to it and get it returned. Also it was not mentioned to me that on cod orders there is no refund.
One thing i like the most about senses is that they make XS size which others are not doing. Try to incorporate this XS size in sweaters also.
