RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Senses Return & Exchange Policy

  •  Any exchange or refund would be done after the returned parcel has       been checked by our QC team ( it will take 7-10 days )
  •  Cash on delivery orders are strictly refunded via store credit only

Exchange Policy 

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The first exchange is free of cost; subsequent exchanges will incur a handling charge of ₹150.

After 1st exchange is processed , customers can only opt for a store credit refund just in case the quality/fit is not as per expectations post exchange

After two failed pickup attempts, customers must courier the product to the provided address at their own expense.

Exchange requests are processed once the returned product reaches the warehouse (typically 8-10 days), and the replacement is dispatched after verification.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.

A handling charge of ₹100 is deducted for all returns. For returns involving more than two items, a handling charge of ₹200 is applied.

Refunds are initiated once the product reaches the warehouse and passes a quality check (typically 8-10 working days).

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 8-10 working days after verification.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit, redeemable on future purchases.

General Guidelines

Clearance and heavily discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for refunds or exchanges.
