How long are shipping times?
We are usually able to deliver in 7 days.
Do you offer order tracking?
Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that's the case, contact us at INFO@SENSESINDIA.IN and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can!
When will my order ship?
We generally can process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed and can take 1-3 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders will arrive within 8-12 days, however in some cases it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery to some locations in the country.
I submitted the wrong address.
Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at INFO@SENSESINDIA.IN and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!

My order arrived damaged or in wrong size!
Woops, sorry about that! Unfortunately, shipping can get a little rough sometimes, but we'll fix it if you give us the chance! Send us an email at INFO@SENSESINDIA.IN , tell us what you ordered and your order number and we'll be happy to help you out! We would like to mention that all orders are checked twice before they are shipped but still if such a situation occurs we require a video or photo proof for any kind of mishaps
Why am I missing items?
Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know! We would like to mention that all orders are checked twice before they are shipped but still if such a situation occurs we require a video or photo proof for any kind of mishaps
My order never arrived!
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. IF that doesn't work, send us at email at INFO@SENSESINDIA.IN, tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we'll help you out!
